Abstracts
As industrial consumers, we have very specific expectations of paints, a commonly used chemical coating. They should be able to be applied to the surface of different objects to form a solid film that is firmly adhered, has a certain strength, and is continuous. And the quality and performance of paints depend, to a large extent, on the filtration part of the manufacturing process. The article focuses on the manufacturing process of paint, analyzes the application of different types of filters in the production of paint, and how to choose the right filter according to the characteristics of paint and production needs. Through data analysis and case studies, this paper aims to provide paint manufacturers with comprehensive filtration solutions to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
