PE and HDPE Sintered filter cartridge：
Sintered Porous Polyethylene (PE) products are the most commonly used plastic filter element in the world. Porous PE plastics is strong, lightweight thermoplastic with strong chemical (acids and alkali) resistance and wide micron rates from 1 to 200um. There’re Ultra-high molecular weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) and High-density Polyethylene (HDPE) available in tubes, sheets, rods and molded shapes available for different applications.
PTFE Sintered filter cartridge:
Micro Porous PTFE filter elements are produced by sintering pure PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) granules, no other substances are used in the construction. These filter elements are usually offered when only 100% pure disposable PTFE can be used. The advantage of PTFE is a higher maximum temperature, up to 200℃, and somewhat better chemical resistance. These filter elements should be ultrasonically cleaned to give best results.
PVDF Sintered filter cartridge:
Sintered porous PVDF (Polyvinylidene fluoride) products are good choices when expose to harsh thermal, ultraviolet, ozone and chemical conditions. Porous PVDF prdoucts is extreme hard and with average pore size of 25 micron. It can work in temperature from -62 to 149℃.
PA/Nylon Sintered filter cartridge:
Nylon, trade name for polyamides (PA), is a semi-crystaline polymer that contains amine and carbonyl groups. There’re numerous versions. Nylon/PA has high strength and thermal resistance with a softening termperature of 190℃. Working temperature from -40℃ to 121℃, sintered PA/Nylon porous products have very high tensile strength, good abrasion and chemical resistance, and low coefficient of friction.
