SS304/316L lenticular depth filter housing uses stacked 12″ or 16″ depth modules for clarification, polishing and fine filtration of beverages, chemicals and process liquids. Modular construction supports different batch capacities and filter areas.
This stainless steel lenticular depth filter housing is an enclosed filtration vessel designed around stacked disc depth filter modules rather than conventional cylindrical cartridges. One to four 12″ or 16″ modules can be installed on the central support assembly, allowing the effective filtration area to be adjusted for different batch volumes and process requirements. The depth-media structure captures suspended solids throughout the filter matrix and can also provide adsorptive filtration when suitable media such as activated carbon are used.
Its closed sanitary configuration is particularly suited to clarification, polishing and pre-filtration of wine, beer, spirits, juice, syrups, food ingredients, fine chemicals and other process liquids. The removable vessel body, stacked-module arrangement and sanitary process connections facilitate module replacement and integration into production lines. Depending on the selected media, the system can use cellulose, polypropylene, activated-carbon or composite depth media, providing adaptable industrial filtration solutions for batch processing, OEM equipment and filtration projects.
