This tri-clamp stainless steel bag filter housing is built around a replaceable #1 or #2 filter bag supported by a perforated stainless steel basket. The side-inlet and bottom-outlet arrangement directs liquid through the bag while the basket prevents deformation under pressure. Its quick-opening clamp provides faster access for bag replacement than multi-bolt vessel closures, making the design practical where filter bags require regular servicing. Similar industrial single-bag housings are widely configured in 304 or 316 stainless steel with clamp closures, support baskets and sanitary or threaded process connections.
The housing is suited to removal of suspended solids from process water, food and beverage liquids, chemicals, oils, coolants, inks, paints and coatings, where bag filtration is commonly used for prefiltration, coarse filtration and bulk liquid processing. PP, PE or Nylon bags can be selected according to liquid compatibility and required retention rating. With interchangeable bag sizes, multiple seal options and configurable connections, it fits industrial filtration solutions for production lines, OEM skids, replacement projects and plant filtration procurement.
